I started Prismatic Consulting because I kept seeing the same problem: nonprofits doing important work, with data they couldn't trust.
Donor records full of duplicates. Program reports built on shaky numbers. Staff spending hours cleaning spreadsheets instead of serving their communities. And when organizations tried to get help, their options were usually a firm too expensive to afford or a freelancer without the nonprofit context to be useful.
I've been on both sides of that gap. At AACSB — a global nonprofit accrediting business schools — I worked across data management, reporting, and program operations. Later, at Allovue, an EdTech startup focused on K–12 education finance, I saw how the right data infrastructure can transform the way organizations make decisions.
Prismatic exists to close that gap. Professional-grade data expertise, built for nonprofits, at a price that reflects your budget reality.
I hold a BA in Statistics and Economics and an MA in Economics, along with a PMP certification. I'm based in Tampa, Florida, and I work with nonprofits across the country.
If your data is making your mission harder instead of easier, I'd love to talk.
Data is only useful if it serves your mission. Every report, every cleaned record, every strategy recommendation is oriented around your organization's impact — not just its numbers.
We won't pretend your data tells a story it doesn't. If there are gaps, we'll tell you. If the data is inconclusive, we'll say so. You deserve a partner who tells you the truth.
Good data shouldn't be a luxury. We price our services to be realistic for small and mid-sized nonprofits — because every organization deserves reliable data, regardless of budget.
Our goal is to leave you more capable than when we started. We explain our work, document our methods, and offer training so your team grows alongside your data.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just an honest look at where your data stands.
